Director: Courtney Kochevar

Ms. Courtney is the director/owner of Montessori Nursery. She started in 2018 with the company and has since taken over in April of 2022. She received her Master's degree from Mount Mercy University in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources. Ms. Courtney also received her certification in Montessori infant - toddler training through NAMC in 2025. She has really fallen in love with the Montessori Method as she has compared it to other childcare center experiences. She has really enjoyed exploring and learning about the Montessori Method and how it really nurtures and fosters the confidence and independence at such a young age. It gives her heart so much joy to be able to see these children have individualized care and a solid foundation of learning. She lives in the country in Wayland with her husband and their 6 children. She also has 4 dogs, outside cats, and many chickens. Her family keeps busy to say the least. She likes to work on projects around the home, spend a lot of time outside, garden, travel and be around family.
