Ms. Megan is certified in Montessori infant to toddler (0-3 year olds) training through NAMC since 2018. Ms. Megan worked with us since we opened and then moved to Texas for a few years before returning to Montessori Nursery. She graduated from Arizona University with a BA in Early Childhood Education. She lives in Iowa City with her husband and son, with the hopes of moving to the country. They adopted their son, Gabriel in Texas when he was just a baby. Ms. Megan is very passionate about Montessori and continues to learn and do Montessori at home with her son. She loves how different Montessori is to other daycares. Montessori teaches independence and confidence in the child, and she loves to see that in the children. Outside of work, Ms. Megan loves to spend time with her husband and son, hangout with friends and family, garden, bake, and just be outside.
